  No pressure sale that was friendly and helpful. Their prices clearly we're competitive, and had a better selection in a much much nicer showroom than many of the nearby furniture places. Both times we dealt with them the staff seemed a bit unfamiliar with their own computer system and it slowed down the experience a bit, but otherwise a pleasant experience for a big purchase. We bought new living room furniture here after shopping around a bit. Delivery price was reasonable and we were about 35 minutes away, and the delivery drivers were friendly and respectful at our home.
